Beyond Me Entertainment (also referred to as "Beyond Me," "BME," “The Social Enterprise,” "The Record Label," "Media Company," “The organization,” “We,” “Us,” “Our,” or "The Company") is an Indiana-based L.L.C. It consists of a for-profit division (Beyond Me Entertainment) and a charitable 501(c)(3) division (Beyond Me Initiative). While these are separate legal entities, they operate collaboratively under the "Beyond Me" brand to inspire a lifestyle of service, generosity, and compassion through the Live Beyond You (LBY) ethos.

1. Live Beyond You Service Challenge

We promote the Service Challenge to drive local social impact. This is a voluntary competition; participation does not guarantee rewards. No purchase is necessary to participate or nominate a charity.

Eligibility: Open to everyone regardless of background. Participants must be 13+ (those under 18 require parental/guardian consent) and located within the United States, serving U.S.-based charities.

How to Participate (Serve. Share. Nominate.):

Serve: Form a group of 3+ and volunteer with a local 501(c)(3) charity.

Share: Document your impact and create a video (2 minutes or less).

Nominate: Upload your video to LiveBeyondYou.org and complete the registration form.

Donation Trigger: While not required for participation, purchases made at LiveBeyondYou.store may trigger corporate donations to the Beyond Me Initiative grant pool.

Grants: Nominated charities have 3 weeks to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP). Selected winners receive a grant of up to $5,000 and must complete their documented project within 90 days, providing impact updates every 30 days.

Exclusions: Per 501(c)(3) regulations, Beyond Me Initiative cannot support political campaigns, lobbying, or controversial social/political advocacy (e.g., LGBTQ rights, gun rights, etc.). Our focus remains strictly on humanitarian aid: health, education, and food security.

2. Live Beyond You Community Subscription

The LBY Community is a membership-based service.

Access: Includes media libraries, music streaming, exclusive merchandise, and the Community Circle.

Cancellations: Members may unsubscribe at any time to prevent future charges. The current active month is non-refundable. Annual plans are non-refundable and do not qualify for store credit upon early cancellation.

Code of Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for profanity, cyberbullying, or harassment. Violators will be removed and barred for a minimum of three (3) years.

3. Live Beyond You Academy & Inner Circle

Program: Offers a 13-week structured coaching experience.

Accountability: Access includes weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions.

Usage: Login credentials are for individual use only. Reselling or sharing content is strictly prohibited. Access is deemed "delivered" once the enrollment email is sent.

4. Refund & Shipping Policies

Physical Merchandise: Apparel is handled by third-party suppliers. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or sizing errors. For damaged items or misprints, claims must be submitted within 30 days.

Digital Products: All sales of digital downloads, media, and streaming access are final.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable; valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (CSG): Only applicable when explicitly stated for specific first-time purchases. Requests must be submitted within the specific promotional timeframe.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Beyond Me Entertainment upholds high moral standards. We strictly prohibit:

Profanity, explicit sexual content, violence, or the degradation of women.

Promotion of smoking, drugs, or illegal acts.

No Solicitation: Unauthorized promotion of outside products or services within our events or digital groups is forbidden.

6. Live Event Terms

Tickets: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused tickets expire after 12 months.

Entry: Requires a valid government-issued photo ID.

Publicity Release: By attending, you grant Beyond Me Entertainment permission to use your likeness in promotional media without compensation.

Media Policy: Unauthorized recording (audio or video) is strictly prohibited and may result in removal without a refund.

7. Artist Creativity & Expression

We value artistic freedom. Opinions expressed by our artists in their music or interviews are personal and do not necessarily reflect the official positions of Beyond Me Entertainment or Beyond Me Initiative.

8. Legal Notices

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in Indianapolis, Indiana.

No Guarantee of Results: We provide information for personal enrichment only. We do not guarantee specific financial, health, or personal outcomes.
